Help out the Temple Cinematheque

| | Comments (1)

"Would you like to see repertory screenings at Temple next semester? The Main Campus Program Board, the student-run body that oversees programming at The Reel Student Cinema, is currently deliberating whether or not to continue their support for the cinematheque. If you agree that 35 mm screenings of classical Hollywood cinema, foreign art cinema and independent films of artistic excellence and/or historical importance could be of benefit to the culture of the university and beyond, please write to Michael Hartig at michael.hartig@temple.edu, and I will do my best to ensure that your voice is heard by the board. Potential films for next semester could include, but are certainly not limited to, Morris Engel's Little Fugitive, Godard's Masculin, Feminin, Carol Reed's The Third Man, Michael Powell's Peeping Tom, etc."
